Your media player should automatically detect them as being in the same folder. All you have to do is activate them. This simple task can be very difficult or very easy depending on what software you are using. Using subtitles in VLC and http://google.com/search?q=subtitles+in+Windows+Media+Player+site:microsoft.com. Google usually will lead you to some results.
