I am not aware of any Italian subtitles for "Manufacturing Consent".
Subtitles Translator -- Will help you with the process of editing/translating .sub files.
Does NOT automagically translate. To do that you will need to either use,
as the website states, your brain, or a translation service like
http://translate.google.com/ or
http://babelfish.yahoo.com/ or any of the other translation services.
Video/Creating subtitle files from DVDs -- This will help you rip the subtitles from a particular DVD into .sub (MicroDVD) format which is used by the above program.
VLC, a media player, can read these created ".sub" files.
Of course, you can then upload your created subtitle file for others to enjoy.

We Americans claim to be a peace-loving people. We hate bloodshed; we are opposed to violence.Yet we go into spasms of joy over the possibility of projecting dynamite bombs from flying machines upon helpless citizens...Such is the logic of patriotism.
