In unrelated news, uploading of torrents with invalid trackers seems to be on the rise. To whom it concerns: if you're not sure about the process of creating a torrent, please read this guide: Sharing new Pieces with BitTorrent. As there's no mechanism right now that prevents invalid torrents from being uploaded, those have to be removed by hand. Since there is no other way of contacting uploaders, we will post a message in the BitTorrent Help Forum whenever such a torrent is deleted.
