if you've entered the site thru http://chomskytorrents.org recently, you probably noticed that the torrent index is now the home page, and that the previous home page, containing the mission statement and (out-dated) site news, was moved to an "About CT" category.

the reasoning behind this is that we hope to better catch the attention of first time visitors. recent statistics seem to indicate that the move indeed has a positive effect on average visit length.
