I'm trying to download Satoyama II but "no connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it." I'm using uTorrent but I've also tried with Bitcomet. Any ideas?

Can your internet work without a wireless modem? So my Desktop is new and my dad bought a server for our internet (we have 2 computers). My dad wants to connect to internet but he doesn't really want to buy the wireless modem. So as the question says Can your internet work without a wireless modem.

hi all, i keep getting this error: "torrent not registered with this tracker", even though i followed all the steps outlined in the HowTo. as far as i can tell i made the torrent correctly, then filled out the upload torrent page, but when i go to seed it, using transmission, i get the error. thanks

Since I am not talented at uploading torrents, although it's fiction and it's television, there's a very good copy of the Russian tv drama Seventeen Moments of Spring available right now. It's in rar format and you can find it by searching Isohunt for 17_moments_of_spring_ If you search without the underscores you will find a very bad copy of this show with a Polish language translation dubbed over the soundtrack that you cannot get rid of. In the good version, there are 12 episodes in all, and someone is seeding it or was when I got it at extremely high speed. On some of the episodes, the subtitles do not work properly. In order to fix that you have to find the subs at one of the sub sites, and replace those that come in the rar files. It may sound a bit convoluted, but I think it's worth it for fans of this site, One Big Torrent and someone may want to seed it here. For the purposes of OBT, I feel it's a very interesting perspective on history, showing a Russian point of view of the end of the second world war. As well as a view of torture, war, politics, and diplomacy that I feel are relevant today. Here is the description at IMDB: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069628/ Absolutely perfect! In 1973 it was common, now it just looks good, as a true documentary. What else? Music is perfectly suited to the moment and the whole movie is not seeking to draw a line between "good" and "bad" guys but, instead, trying to draw you into the tense atmosphere of the last 3 months preceding the end of WW2. If you ask a few Russians in the street of Moscow or any other city what number 17 means to him, I bet $100 that over 90% will say "17 Moments of Spring" which stands for "Semnadtsat mgnovenij vesny".
