Noam Chomsky - Debate with Richard Perle
Great speech by Chomsky in debate with Richard Perle. Unfortunately, Richard Perle cheats and doesn't follow the format of the debate and thus more or less ruins it with his lackluster rebuttal. Nevertheless, a very good listen. Talks a lot about U.S. Foreign policy after WW2 and the cold war and putting US economic interests above the interest of local democracy at the cost of innumerable people killed, tortured and starved.

Ummm, not actually from 2004, maybe it was released in 2004, but they are speaking present-tense Reagan and Soviet Union! It's very interesting.

Quality wise the first file is fine, but the second is quite poor almost indecipherable at times i found. (Some kind of ghosting/delayed repeat of the speech playing in the background)
