TVO - Allan Gregg in Conversation, April 03 2009: Susan Pinker - The Sexual Paradox
Women far outnumber men in university and there are more women in the workforce than ever. So why are there still so few that make it to the top? In a provocative new book, Susan Pinker argues that the gender gap has more to do with biological differences, than with discrimination. Pinker is a psychologist and columnist for the Globe and Mail. Her book is called The Sexual Paradox: Extreme Men, Gifted Women and the Real Gender Gap.
