Silvio Gesell - The Natural Economic Order
Silvio Gesell (born March 17, 1862 in Sankt Vith (now Belgium); died March 11, 1930 in Oranienburg) was a German merchant, theoretical economist, social activist, and founder of Freiwirtschaft. Freiwirtschaft (German for free economy) is an economic idea founded by Silvio Gesell in 1916. He called it Natrliche Wirtschaftsordnung (natural economic order). His Idea has not been put into practice by any state since then.
