There seem to be two torrents here, 2245 and 2249, whose files are identical except for a slight change in the README file.

If you have a partial download with no seeders for the torrent you started with, you can open the .torrent for the other version in your bittorrent client without starting the download, then copy your partial download of the .iso file to the place of the same file in the new folder before starting the download. There may be complications, depending on your client. In azureus, you may have to choose "Force Recheck" from the contextual menu. I don't know about other clients.

If you don't want to risk losing your partial download if anything goes wrong, keep the original until you are sure that the copy is being accepted.
