This film is in Danish. Its three parts, mentioned above, are as follows:
1) A documentary on squatting in the 1980s in Copenhagen, Denmark.
2) A debate with a politician from Enhedslisten, a left-wing parlamentary party, and a priest who once hid refugees. They discuss civil disobedience and when it is okay. Their general concensus is pacifistic.
3) A danish subtitled edition of the murder of a demonstrator in Geneve 2001. It is narrated by the murdered boy's mom.
The two first parts are in Danish and may not be of much value to non-speakers (of Danish
, and the last part can probably be found subtitled with other languages.
I'm writing this because I noticed that a lot of foreigners download it. I won't discourage you from doing so, but it might not have the value you expect.
If someone has downloaded it and finds it potentially very valuable to them, feel free to request subtitles here - we can probably make them in English and German with short notice.

Another thing.
To sort of elliminate the static sound problem a simple sollution is to turn the volume down in windows or the player. Then turn the volume up on the speakers.
