simple definition of living in anarchy/anarchism is defined by the absence of government/rulers. people often assume that anarchy means a bunch of people killing each other/dog eat dog society. there are some theories which support this view and some that do not. the latter can be seen in somalia, and the former in solaliland/bunt. both really have no cohesive central government or since the early 90's anyways, but in the latter a state of anarchy of sorts exists while in solaliland it does not and a loose but somewhat effective central government rose from what began as a quasi-state of anarchy.
