RCG Volume 2: Banned & Censored Video Clips. ISO to Burn DVD. Runtime 53min. A historical and informative collection of shocking, rare, sad, funny, tragic, ironic, and unusual video clips gathered from the internet by the producer that brought you RCG Vol 1, Redneck Paradise: A Historical documentary Chronicling the Iraq War; and RCG Vol 3, Hurricane Katrina: Alone, Abandoned, and Trapped. Featuring George Galloway Congressional Testimony, Revealing Footage from the Republican National Convention, Extreme War Footage, Movie Trailers, Execution Footage, TV clips, Hospital Footage, The Daily Show, Assorted Short Photo & Video Compilations and of course what would a historical horror documentary be without the usual cast of neoconservatives, such as Condoleezza Rice, Donald Rumsfeld, and George Bush, etcetera. This video is jam packed and has too much to list it all. Enjoy! Authors Note: I had two goals when making the RCG video series. To make a permanent historical record of these dark times AND to make these videos available as cheap and easily mass-produced Super VCD's and DVDs for apathetic and uninformed people to watch on their Televisions. And it is my hope that activists might use these videos as tools to educate and to inspire the populace. While watching these videos, please consider what effect it would have should you give a copy to a redneck relative, your local Christian fanatic, to a right-wing co-worker - or to somebody who has been "sitting on the fence." If you like this video please burn some video discs to distribute or screen in your community. Thanks. RCG Volumes 1 and 3 also available at http://www.rosecoloredglasses.org Available via bit torrent and standard download in Ipod, Bin/Cue, Roxio, Creator Image and Nero Formats. This is a non-profit project and donations are needed. More information available at the RCG homepage. Warning: All Videos Contains Graphic Images & Language. Viewer Discretion Advised. Must Be Age 18+ for permission to view.

a collection of parts of other (and better) documentaries.
Bad image and sound quality and virtually all is out of sync.
Nothing new.
For the bandwith, you're better off downloading the originals. Also on this site.

I made this video and Bart (above) is being unnecessarily harsh, unkind, and not exactly truthful. He reminds me of an internet stalker that I have who follows me from site to site - criticizing everything that I submit and even following me around in some forums, sending me frequent email threats, sending me obscene email pictures, "reporting me to authorities", etc. I'm sure all you fellow truth seekers all know the drill. Unfortunately, he may have found me here. Anyhow, why not Download the free video and see for yourself?

And if you wish, please read on to hear my defense of his comments:

1. I said in the description that it was a collection of clips, thus pointing out that this video is "a collection" is a criticism which was unnecessary.
2. since it is "clips" of course they are going to be of varying quality. Again, another unnecessary criticism.
3. This video does (in FACT) have some rare footage that is hard to find and some which I believe has been banned/pulled from the net. Such as the educational "message from the resistance" clip.
4. Finding and downloading all the originals would take someone weeks or months and they might not even be able to find it all.
5. please re-read my "author's note" and you will see that this video is intended as a historical record/overview (part 2 of a series) and to be used as a tool to educate and to reach out to a non-internet audience of friends, family members, and co-workers.
6. this is a unique compilation that I believe serves a worthwhile purpose.

Friends, I may not have the budget of a Michael Moore, but I put my Heart & Soul into this; and this I believe is still a very worthwhile project, please respect that.

Thanks.

True, you say that the message from the resistance is rare. I admit I hadn't heard it before.
And true, you did warn that it's a collection. So me stating that again is not exactly criticism, is it?
That the originals, from which you collected these fragments are better, is my honest opinion. They go deeper and thus have more content value. When I download almost every document(ary) on this site and delete almost none, that says to me that I am finding what I need. I am building an archive. For later.
It IS bad image and sound quality, much worse than the originals I've got. And it IS mostly out of sync. So, technically, it's a bit of a contradiction that people should spend time and bandwidth on an iso image of more than 3Gigs for a program of less than an hour of this technical quality. I'm sorry. But those are the facts. You won't convince any of the rednecks with something that looks like an add for other documentaries.
And they need convincing.
But that's just my opinion.

"He reminds me of an internet stalker... Unfortunately, he may have found me here."
WTF man? Who do you think you are? You try to discredit me because I speak my mind?
Do you really think that you have been targeted because some idiot sent you some pictures and "reported you to authorities"?
What do you mean by that anyway?
Rest assured, I will not try to "follow you in some forums". I'll rather stay away from you as far as possible.
I don't want to be associated with someone more interested in his ego than in the struggle.

Bart, I'm quite sure that you are my internet stalker because you have the same diction and you offered almost exactly this same criticism and response (i.e. though you have learned to tone it down) on other sites. And Bart (actually, I mean Scottie - cause that is your real name), you'd think that after having had so many of your comments deleted (on other sites) that you would catch on to the FACT that you are doing something wrong. Furthermore, I am completely lucid and I know when I being stalked; and you sir, are an internet stalker. And if things continue go true to form, within a day or so you will send me yet another threatening email. Scottie, you're a mighty big man threatening and harassing "cowardly" liberals like me from a distance.

RCG,

just to let you know you're wrong.

My policy is to not let my true identity be known, but Bart IS my real name.
I also have a web-wide alias. That is because I'm not afraid of stalkers. It's Deneb al Giedi (or denebalgiedi where spaces are not allowed). If you bother to look it up: it's a star. Astronomy is one of my hobbies. Look me up on stumbleupon or anywhere else, post me, icq me, do anything you like (remember that I'm not always online though).

I'll be looking forward to hearing from you.

Mind you, should you contemplate continuing to badmouth me, I warn you: I 'll ignore you!
Smile
