It would help me decide whether or not to download this if I knew the origin of the program. Is it from BBC, PBS, Al-Jazera, etc? Also, this site should require something about the length of the program, since the encoding dictates the file size, rather than the program length.
There's a fictional movie on this topic called "Dirty Pretty Things." Interesting, and more timely than I knew.
