TO UNDERSTAND WHO IS HUGO CHAVEZ
Hugo Chavez, the President of Venezuela, is undoubtedly the most singular, paradoxical and colourful figure of all the politicians who have marked the history of the Latin-American continent in the past twenty years. This forty-six-year old former paratrooper officer admires Simon Bolivar, the Che and Jesus Christ he very often quotes. When he came into power the social and economic situation of the country was disastrous - despite its oil. For the past two years he has been fighting all battles with the enthusiasm of the crowds of underprivileged, whose hero he is, as sole support. Is he going to eradicate misery as he has bet he will? Is he going to fall into the trap of fascism, as his opponents, most of them belonging to the ruling class, fear he might? Who is this Christian and revolutionary Bolivarian who, according to our criteria, seems to be so unreasonable in his believing that miracles can happen?

Looks like a broken file -- tried a number of different players, and I'm only getting a couple of frames visually.
Any comments from the uploader?

you need Apple Quicktime to play this file, it doesn't work with any other movie player

That's strange, usually I have no problems playing quicktime movies on other players. There's no Apple quicktime player for linux, so I'm out..

It's true it only works with Quicktime player. Usually I play quicktime videos in Windows Media Player, because I have installed K-lite Codec Pack. With this codec pack you can play any video in Windows Media Player.
Well, this video only plays in Quicktime Player. Sorry for the first message.

Isn't that nice!
Say, does anyone have that "Chavez" documentary about the failed political coup to oust him?

The best universal format to upload torrent films in is as iso image files which can then be burned into DVD's
The film that I think that you are refering to is
"The revolution will not be televised" http://onebigtorrent.org/torrents/1976/THE-REVOLUTION-WILL-NOT-BE-TELEVISED-DVD
another film which deals with the events leading up to the coup is "the Massacre at Laguno bridge" , unfortunately the torrent of that film appears to have died so in the future I will try and upload this again
