Things I have learned:
First:
Upload to a major tracker such as Demonoid, TPB.
Seed fully which requires dedicated bandwidth to 100% completion of the torrent. That gets you some seeders.
Link OBT, mininova, and other torrent collectors.
That gets you more seeders.
Martin has a sticky on this in the forums too.

What's the quality of Milgram's experiment and that of Stanford prison experiment?

quality of the Stanford experiment is among the best i have seen so far, Milgram is very watchable especially considering the age of the source material but it's pretty small 132 mb short and sweet,
