How did a handful of corporations steal our water?
-------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------
"Irena Salina's award-winning documentary investigation into what experts label the most important political and environmental issue of the 21st Century - The World Water Crisis.
Salina builds a case against the growing privatization of the world's dwindling fresh water supply with an unflinching focus on politics, pollution, human rights, and the emergence of a domineering world water cartel.
Interviews with scientists and activists intelligently reveal the rapidly building crisis, at both the global and human scale, and the film introduces many of the governmental and corporate culprits behind the water grab, while begging the question "CAN ANYONE REALLY OWN WATER?"
Beyond identifying the problem, FLOW also gives viewers a look at the people and institutions providing practical solutions to the water crisis and those developing new technologies, which are fast becoming blueprints for a successful global and economic turnaround."

OK, now we've got two torrents for the same file within a mere couple of days, the conditions for removal are met

I can be a real ass, can't I.
I do apologise.
Sincerely.

I share your concern about splitting swarms. But I also think that if there are two torrents for a piece, the one with the higher potential for a big swarm at that specific point should prevail. And that's not necessarily the one that was there first (although in this case it was).
A second point is that I don't know how the detriments of swarm-splitting weigh against the benefits of the exposure that new torrents get. Only the original uploader can replicate that, by removing and re-posting a torrent like you did, and they would have to do it in all the places they first uploaded it.
At any rate, policing a meaningful policy would be kind of a Sisyphean task on an index site like this. Still if some particular instance bugs you, you can holler and I'll consider taking torrents down

That is the greatest benefit, no doubt. For that reason I do as you mention here (occasionally) but also make use of different trackers/sites with staggered release dates. (godcanjudgeme is not my only pseudonym).
I certainly do not wish to become or appear 'torrent police', the fact is that uploaders own no copyrights and these things do happen.
The whole 'look I'm re-upping your rip right here in your face' is the issue.. an activity that elsewhere is referred to as "torrentwhoring".
I upload other groups works too, but I always give full credit to the source, and only upload in a different format, size and/or location to the originals.. I never dupe.

a documentary that picks up where "flow" left off..
Currently only available to buy from the US, not yet in Scene or P2P release..
If anybody has a copy and wishes to upload it, I would very much recommend it.. There are MANY people waiting to see this one.
My copy is winging it's way across the ocean as we speak, but if you have it already, and wish to share.....
Beat the scene and give us a full DVDR please!
