2- Seven additional documentaries/mini-documentaries about the Battle of Algiers documentary and the events it covered (some are French with English subtitles and some are in English).
Please seed. The events depicted in these films do not deserve to be forgotten. And this is one of the finest documentaries ever made.

This is a great movie about how BOTH sides during a struggle for independence will hurt civilian targets during an occupation.

When the anniversary edition came out it was told that governments use it as a training film and exercise.
I have seen it several times. It is very rich, but it is not a documentary. Care was taken to include newsreel style footage to capture the whole essence.
