If anyone just hasn't figured it out yet the jay-z interview is complete crap, you shouldn't waste a second watching it.

Is it possible to download Closed Captions or other English subtitles for Real Time? I have a relative who is hard of hearing.

yea in order to get those you will likely have to find someone who can communicate to an episode ripper and see if they would meet your request. It is not difficult to rip with the subs (or CC) from what I hear, but getting a hold of someone who rips the shows will be pretty hard. This torrent for example is only sourced on openbittorrent so whoever ripped it could be anywhere.
