What exactly was such a propaganda from Afghanistan piece to be precise? That improvised explosive device don't exist? and that it was fabricated by CBS? That hundreds of Coalition Troops have been killed by these IED. I have a frirnd's family member who was killed in Afghanistan only in July by roadside bomb.A total of 133 Canadian Forces personnel have been killed since the mission began, even if it's a just cause or not. So please? Where are the lies?

in my opinion that spotlight was stupid drivel about how the americans are so brave for facing these ieds etc etc.
how about a news piece on whether americans should be occupying afghanistan in the first place, there's something your country never seems to talk about---especially not 60 minutes. god forbid it might be objective.
Nov 18 2009, 02:29 UTC
you mention a total of 133 canadian troops dead, i as a canadian am interested in this---but maybe 60 minutes should do a piece on the afghan civilian death toll---oh that's right---there is no official body count.
Nov 18 2009, 02:30 UTC
maybe dedicate a full hour to afghanistan & pakistan's civili dead from drones alone? would that be objective?
there's a reason they plant the ieds.
you would too if some imperial edifice came to occupy your town, city, or province.

Could someone tell me why in hell the U.S is in Afghanistan? Watching this segment I hear things like "enemy" "warfare" "our mission" what mission? wtf? $1 million per truck and after they get blown up "they do what they were designed to do". These people have always done what they do, they're not going to change. But then again what would we do if we were under occupation. Get the hell out now, it is sensless. Come on Obama STOP. A million dollars would sure help out with this bloody mess of a health care reform. Or more like 3 trillion now(Bush). One last thing Andy, cut those damn eyebrows.
